What type of payment is required for purchase?
The payment types accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Where will you ship?
We will deliver anywhere in the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, our mail carrier will not ship to a P.O.
Box and we also do not ship outside of these countries.
What type of state tax is involved?
Only Pennsylvania residents will be charged for state sales related to their EnergyCare purchases.
How is shipping and handling calculated
We have standard ground, two (2) day and overnight shipping available. Rates are subject to change without notice.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our product(s). If you find that you have made a purchase in error, such as the wrong size or color – or if you notice a manufacturer’s defect, the item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of receipt. We must receive it in re-sellable condition, in original packaging, with a completed return form and packing slip. We also ask that you explain the reason for your return.
Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We do not replace merchandise that has been damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.) or damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
We recommend that all return packages be shipped at your expense using a service that tracks delivery, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. You can then use the service provider's online tracking system to know when we have received your package.
Please allow 7-14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned product(s). We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Can I exchange an EnergyCare item?
Yes. But you first need to follow our return process, see above. We will refund your money in full, and it is your responsibility to re-order to your product, size or color preference.

We believe and stand by all of our products, which are manufactured and delivered to you with the highest quality standards available in our industry. This protects against manufacturer’s product defects within ninety days of the date of your purchase, including breakage, tearing, and closure performance that may be caused as a result of normal wear and usage. You will be credited with a full refund, minus shipping and handling costs. You must also complete our return form, sending your product back to us in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
What are your hours of operation?

How soon will I receive my order?
In stock product(s) normally ship in one to two business days. Generally speaking, depending on the destination and your shipping method, your order should be at your door ready to use in a week's time.
When will out of stock items be available?
We are constantly receiving shipments and we update our website accordingly as the items are delivered to us. Please contact us to let us know what you may be interested in purchasing and we are happy to contact you when a specific item, size or color becomes available.
What is the difference between the Health Band and the Sports Band?
Both the health and sports bands contain the same Atraxlite™ and MAP™ technologies. The sports band is made from a Silicone/ PVC Plastic material and is attached with a snap closure. The health band is made from a cloth material is attached with a Velcro closure.

How does EnergyCare Work?

What is Atraxlite™ and MAP™ and what do they do?
Atraxlite™ technology is a new scientific discovery that maximizes the absorption of natural light and energy at a sub-atomic level, facilitating the MAP™, (molecular alignment process), a process that structures and re-programs H2O stressed molecules, to optimize a cell’s capability for transferring and storing energy. Can I wear and use multiple EnergyCare products?
Yes. Multiple use of our products at the same time is encouraged.
We suggest placement of the product as close as possible to the area of your body that is experiencing stress or localized pain.
What is the best way to wear my EnergyCare health and sports band?
The closure on both of these bands should be worn on the “palm side” of your hand on whichever wrist you choose.
This maximizes the effectiveness of the product.

What is the best way to use my EnergyCare dream pillow?
Place your pillow between your top sheet and your mattress pad to avoid shifting during the night.
Never place the pillow inside your pillow case, as you may inadvertently fold or disturb it during the night.
The pillow can also be used on any part of the body to reduce localized pain.
Can I get these products near water or heat?
Yes, neither excessive heat nor water will harm the effectiveness of our products.
Do these products ever lose their effectiveness?
No, all EnergyCare products are built to stand the test of time.
